Buena Park Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosure, screen room, and related home improvement services to residential customers in Buena Park, CA and surrounding communities.
Services are provided subject to a signed written agreement between Buena Park Sunrooms & Patios and the customer. No work will begin without a signed agreement and any required deposit. The scope of work is defined in the written agreement and may not be modified verbally.
Initial estimates are provided free of charge and are based on information available at the time of the estimate. All estimates are subject to change if the scope of work changes, if unforeseen conditions are discovered on-site, or if material costs change significantly between the estimate and the start of work.
A written estimate does not constitute a binding contract. Work will begin only after a written agreement is signed by both parties. Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by the customer.
Project start dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, material availability, permit processing times, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate schedule changes as promptly as possible.
If a customer cancels a signed agreement, any non-refundable deposit or materials already ordered or fabricated may not be refunded. Specific cancellation terms are outlined in the written project agreement. If we cancel a project for any reason other than customer breach, we will refund all amounts paid to date for work not yet performed.
Payment terms are specified in the written project agreement. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Progress payments may be required at defined milestones. Final payment is due upon completion and customer acceptance of the work.
Failure to make payments when due may result in work stoppage. If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, interest may accrue at the maximum rate permitted by California law. The customer is responsible for any reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees, if amounts remain unpaid.
Where required by local building codes, Buena Park Sunrooms & Patios will obtain the necessary permits prior to beginning work. Permit fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified in the written agreement. The customer agrees to allow reasonable access to the property for inspections by local authorities.
Buena Park Sunrooms & Patios warrants that all work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with applicable building codes and industry standards. Specific warranty terms - including duration and coverage - are stated in the written project agreement.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, weather events beyond design specifications, modifications made by others after project completion, or failure to perform recommended maintenance. Manufacturer warranties on materials or products are passed through to the customer and governed by the manufacturer terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Buena Park Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the performance or non-performance of services, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or damage to personal property not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us under the applicable project agreement.
